Cookshack's smokers range from small patio size smokers to big commercial smokers. These smokers are powered by electricity (240v) and use a small amount of wood to create the smoked flavour.  All models purchased through the American BBQ Company are CE Certified.

We also sell the Fast Eddy's by Cookshack range of Pellet Smokers - these BBQ Smokers are totally fuelled by wood pellets - the only electricity needed is to drive the pellet feed auger and the rotisserie in the larger models. Fast Eddy's FEC750 is the smoker we cooked on when we won the Jack Daniels World Championship.
