100% wood smoke flavor tastes just like Grandaddy used to do it. The FEC500 burns 100% wood pellets, made by heat compression of pure wood sawdust. There are no fillers to bind the sawdust. The FEC500 is clean burning and meets even the strictest emission standards.
No more burning dumpsters because someone emptied a big dustbin of hot ashes. Pellets produce minimal ash which you can remove about once a week with a small saucepan.
Large capacity - 15 - 12x42" chrome plated steel rotisserie racks 52 square feet of cooking space. Smoke-cook up to 500 lbs. of pork shoulder or beef brisket, 450 lbs. of ribs, or 60 chickens in only one load.

Electrical and pellet economy. The FEC500 runs at 14 amps/1680 watts @ 120 VAC, which means pennies per hour operating cost. A 40 lb. bag of pellets costs about £30. Expect a finished cost of approximately 10 pence per lb. of product. The FEC500 is factory converted to 240 volts.
