In late 2003, Cookshack began a relationship with Fast Eddy's BBQ to manufacture and market the Fast Eddy by Cookshack line of large pit smokers. These pits were developed on the barbecue circuit by Ed Maurin, who has won many championships with his inventions. These 100% wood burning pits extended our product line to enable Cookshack to meet just about every need for a smoker oven or pit.
The Fast Eddy's by Cookshack Model FEC100 is used by serious amateur barbecuers and competition cooks.

Winners of the prestigious Jack Daniels Invitational Grand Championship, the UK's 'Mad Cows BBQ', won it cooking on an FEC750.
