features Cookshack's exclusive IQ4 electronic time and temperature controller, with pre-sets and
hold cycle. The SM160 is ideal for busy chefs or kitchens with an ever-changing brigade or where
staff training time is limited.
The SM160 is perfect for
smaller restaurants, caterers and foodservice operations. Its small footprint and flexible
venting options mean it can be sited almost anywhere.
SM160 smokers will work 24
hours a day turning out excellent succulent low-and-slow wood-smoked meats such as
Southern-style BBQ.
The optional removable
cold-smoking kit extends its productivity to items such as smoked cheeses, steaks, tofu,
salts...
In the UK, Cookshack's
SmartSmokers are also being used to create unique, smoke-flavoured signature dishes from a range
of culinary heritages. Combine other flavour sources with wood to impart differentiating aroma
