The SM360 is for central
kitchens, large volume restaurants, caterers and barbecue establishments. Its flexible venting
options mean it can be sited almost anywhere. Work it 24 hours a day for maximum

optional removable cold-smoking kit extends its productivity to items such as smoked cheeses,
steaks, tofu, salts...
In the UK, Cookshack's
SmartSmokers are also being used to create unique, smoke-flavoured signature dishes from a range
of culinary heritages. Combine other flavour sources with wood to impart differentiating aroma

The SM360 is made in the USA, and converted to 240v at the factory. It is CE Certified.
