The SM070 smoke-cooks a wide variety of products, from beef ribs or lamb
shoulder to hot-smoked trout or vegetables.
Smoke-cook tomatoes to add a twist to soups, or apples for a sorbet with a difference; take
the Sunday carvery to a new level! Combine Hickory, Apple, Mesquite or Oak food-grade
hardwood pellets to create you own unique wood-smoke flavour profile; or perhaps use hardwood
sourced from old whisky barrels!
The optional cold-smoking kit extends the SM070’s versatility to products such
as cheese, salt, oils, nuts... Infuse duck breasts or steaks with sense-teasing smoky notes
before finishing on a grill. The limit is your imagination!
In the UK, Cookshack smokers are being used to create unique, smoke-flavoured
signature dishes from a range of culinary heritages. Combine other flavour sources with wood
to impart differentiating aroma and taste profiles.
Digital Technology: Cook and Hold
Featuring digital technology that was previously available only in high volume
barbecue smokers, the SM070 smoke-cooks at a temperature and time that you set. When
finished, the SM070 automatically goes into a hold cycle.
With the easy-to-use electronic controller you just set the desired cooking
temperature and time, or the required internal meat temperature when using the meat
temperature probe. Any competent person can work the SM070, making it a dream for busy
kitchens.
Cooks to Internal Temperature
When the meat temperature probe is connected, the SM070 automatically defaults
to the temperature probe setting, at which point the preferred internal meat temperature is
set. When the selected probe temperature is reached, the SM070 cycles to a hold temperature
of 63°C .
Set It and Forget It!
The SM070 electronic controller has a LED panel that displays the cooking
temperature and the remaining time when using the timer, or the internal meat temperature
when using the meat probe. Just set it and forget it!

oven has been specifically repackaged for the UK/EU markets, is made in the USA, and
converted to 240v at the factory. It is CE Certified.
