Fast
Eddy’s FEC100s and FEC120s smoke-cook to precisely the internal temperature that
you specify and then hold the product until you are ready for
it.
Achieving
the right internal temperature is the key to producing succulently smoked cuts
such as pork shoulder, Boston butts, beef short ribs and even
chicken.
Thanks
to the optional meat probe, meats no longer have to be constantly watched on
their way to reaching perfection.
The meat temperature probe for non-rotisserie models links to the IQ4 controller
and allows the user to set the smoker to a desired internal meat temperature; when
that temperature is reached, the smoker automatically goes into the hold
cycle.

Racks |
Load the
slabs in the Rib Racks and slide them right into your smoker's side racks.
Slabs are easier and quicker to handle when loaded in Rib Racks. Transporting from prep
area to smoker is easy with the slabs stacked in the Rib Rack.
Pick up two sets of Rib Racks and have one ready to go in the smoker as one comes out
double your turnaround time! |

Cover |

Pick up a
cover for your Cookshack or FEC100 smoker to protect it from the elements. We build
our smokers to last, and you can extend the life of your smoker even longer with a
cover to protect it from the elements.
Heavy-duty cover protects your FEC100 from dust and moisture. Smoker covers are
composed of a laminated PVC backing over a fade resistant, solution dyed, 600
denier woven polyester fabric. Covers are crack resistant to -20F.

Add subtle, complex flavours to your smoked foods with this simple Flavour Infusion
Reservoir. Add liquid, such as wine or fruit juice to the Reservoir. Toss in some
spices, herbs, or tea leaves. For example, how about a Merlot with fresh rosemary
stems? Pick up one today and start discovering your own favourite flavours right
away!
Add liquid flavourings ... wine, apple juice, herbs and spices to the Flavour
Infusion Reservoir and as the smoker cooks, the aromatic vapours from the liquid
circulate around the meat for additional flavour.
