The Fast Eddy's by Cookshack FEC300 is a 100% wood-burning
smoker oven for barbecue restaurants, caterers, and large volume
operations. This big pit
has a 300lb (136kg) capacity; shelving can be refitted to accommodate whole hog smoking, taking
the conventional Hog Roast to a new level.
All FECs get up to temp in
10 to 15 minutes, feature electronically-controlled heat, and an amazing 15 minute heat recovery
time. All FECs use 100% food grade wood pellets, which provide pure wood smoke flavour,
economically.
Fast Eddy's FEC120 is a 100%
wood-burning commercial smoker oven. With a fast start up, continuous even heat, and precise
temperature control it will give you consistently delicious hot-smoked products and succulent
barbecue. Unlike with log-burners, there is no gas flavour aftertaste to overcome.
Despite its large capacity
the FEC3000 is actually the smallest rotisserie model in the Fast Eddy's range and like all FECs
is based on the design that won dozens of competitions for its inventor Ed "Fast Eddy" Maurin
and a host of other well-known professional competition cooks.

The FEC300 is is made in the USA and converted to 240v at the factory. It is CE
Certified.
