SM Range Overview
The SM range produces hot or cold smoked foods by application of electric heat and wood smoke to meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, and much more.
- Foods cook at a low temperatures with no drying drafts of air moving through the smoker.
- Woods or any other smoke-giving source smoulder in smoke box placed above heating element(s).
- Digital control two-stage cooking, plus Cook-and-Hold facility.
- Designed to be used indoors under commercial extraction; can also be used outdoors.
- Optional Cookshack Smokehood for SmartSmoker series enable siting outside of canopy.
- Cold-smoking options available.
- No drying gas or dirty wood piles; minimal ash to dispose of.
- Meat drippings exit the bottom of the smoker into a removable drip pan for clean, safe operation.
- Inner accessories remove for easy cleaning.
- Safe, contained smoke box slides out
