Mojobricks are our smoking brick of choice, not least because David Bouska of (Team) Butcher BBQ won the World BBQ Food Championships in Las Vegas using his Fast Eddy's pellet smoker, Cookshack BBQ pellets, and Mojobrick Bar-B-Qubes.
Mojobricks have also been used to win both the American Royal World Championship and the Jack Daniels World Invitational.
Made from natural hardwood with no added binders or chemicals, Mojobricks replace wood chunks and are probably the most concentrated form for natural wood smoke flavour.
The workhorse Mojobrick,
Typically used in a pellet smoker alongside hardwood BBQ pellets.
Place one Mojoqube on either the lip of the firepot, or on a Smoke Enhancer - a bespoke shelf that fits nicely above the firepot in a Fast Eddy's FEC pellet smoker.
One Bar-B-Qube should be sufficient for a lengthy or overnight cook.
Used in electric smokers as an alternative to lumpwood or BBQ pellets.
Medium-size Bar-B-Qubes are finger-length, with a diameter of about 4=cm, and are best for 4+ hours of slow-cooking, but can be used for less.
Typically, one (and no more than two) added to each smoke box
